I was told in August 2020 that the FBI investigative file into James Wolfe leaking the Carter Page FISA application, is in the \u201cprohibited access\u201d tier of the FBI because it outlines Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Vice-Chairman Mark Warner participating and directing the leak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
