There is actually an unelected 4th branch of gorvernment that was created by congress starting just after 9/11.
The (DHS) Department Of Homeland Security was created in 2002.
The (ODNI) Office Of The Director Of National Intelligence was created in 2004.
The (FBI).
The (DOJ).
These 4 form The National Security Matrix, or Intelligence Community (IC) which actually is the Unelected FOURTH BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT.

The National Security Matrix has been fully weaponized against the American People.
Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; instead, what they did was take the preexisting system and retool it so the weapons only targeted one side of the political continuum.
This point is where many people understandably get confused.
What Barack Obama and Eric Holder did with that new construct was refine the internal targeting mechanisms so that only their ideological opposition became the target of the new national security system.

What is Lawfare?
Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an individual’s usage of their legal rights.
Its also a construct for media consumption intended to manipulate public opinion.
It is used by the weaponized DOJ.
The weaponized FBI is used to coverup and hide corruption.
