Dr Watch real name is Dr Irwin Corey.

“Dr Watch” worked in black ops off the books top secret operations.
The Dr Irwin Corey facade was constructed to conceal his true identity and line of work.
He wore the watch pictured below that communicated with the Time
Travel Chronometer.
When the Time Travel button was pressed the Time Travel
Chronometer began its program to transport Dr Watch to
the destination.
Also when the Time Travel button was pressed the auto audio
command function was automatically enabled.
Dr Watch could verbally give the Chronometer commands.
Record, Stun Phasor or Emergency Exit verbal commands
were also enabled.
The Stun Phasor could be told to stun one person or a crowd.
The stun phasor was enclosed in the chronometer and could be
used in any direction.
It had several stun settings.
(1) Temp Stun
(2) 5 Min Stun
(3) 15 Min Stun
(4) 1 Hour Stun
(5) 1 Day Stun
(6) Knock Em Out John Stun
The Emergency Exit verbal command worked like
a quick beam me up scotty thing.
If this command was given or the button was pushed
Dr Watch was instantly transported back to wherever he
started from.
When the record button was pressed one time the Time
Travel Chronometer began its recording program.
When the record button was pressed twice the Chronometer
stopped recording events.

How is Mass Hypnosis Possible?
If you are a member of a theatre audience and you are totally involved in the play that you are watching to the extent that, as we say, ‘you are getting right into it’, the likelihood is that you are in a trancelike state because your attention is very focused and you are no longer aware of anything that is going around you.
You know that you are in a suggestible state because your suspension of disbelief will have kicked in very soon after the curtain opened.
When your in a suggestible state a hypnotic suggestion can be given.
A suggestible state is like a focused state.
When I was in the service a free hypnotic show was being offered.
I went to this presentation.
One guy was on the stage speaking to a seated crowd of about 200.
He started telling us that he was going to give us a pre hypnotic suggestion first.
He told us to relax and think of something nice and relaxing.
Next he told us to put our hands together locking our fingers.
He said that next he was going to give a hypnotic suggestion to
all of us.
He said press your fingers tightly together and close your eyes.
He repeated the phrase, press your fingers tightly together.
He then said, I will count to three, give the command to release your grip and some of you will NOT be able to move your hands.
He said don’t worry, it just means you are more susceptible to
a hypnotic suggestion.
He gave the command.
Then he said at the count of three you will open your eyes and
feel relaxed.
I opened my eyes and released my hand grip.
I looked around the room and saw some people who could NOT
release their hand grip.
It was maybe 10 people?
Next he asked for those with the clasp hands to volunteer to come on stage with him.
He picked 3 guys.
All walked up on the stage with clasp hands.
He told then to relax and then told them at the count of three
they would be able to release their grip.
All three did.
Next he asked them if he could hypmotize them again and make them
do things under hypnosis?
They agreed.
One guy was hypnotized to think he was superman.
The other two guys were hypnotised to think they were looking
at farrah fawcett.
He told the one guy to stick out his arms like he was flying and he did.
He to the other guys to look at the superman guy.
They did and great big smiles popped up on their faces as they
starred and glared all excited.
They thought they were looking at a movie star.
It was so funny.
He asked them what they though about farrah fawcett.
The 2 guys gushed and acted like melted butter.
Meanwhile superman just kept holding his arms out like he
was really flying.
So funny.
This was all done verbally.
It was all done fairly quickly.
It was with their consent.
Consent is the key word here.
They were willing to have a suggestion by the guy on stage.
They were willing to be hypnotized.
You can only be hypnotized if you are willing.
Hypnotized people are in a deeper suggestive state.
Not everybody can be hypnotized.
Only certain people.
From what I have read it points to higher IQ people
for some reason.

When you are concentrating on reading this story you are
in a suggestive state.
You are in a trancelike state because your attention is very focused and you are no longer aware of anything that is going around you.
My point is its like you are “transported” with Dr Watch, so to
speak.
When you read a book etc you are in the first stage of hypnosis.
You are not hypnotized but are in a trance like state of suggesstion.
I can only speculate on this but what if you were willing to be hypnotized
to think what you see around you is:
