A mother says this to her family,. A son then reports her to a walk in snitch center. The mother is then investigated for “hate speech”.
The mother is logged as an alleged perpetrator hate crime incident.
Why?
Because the defining factor there is only ever the complainant’s perception of what happened (i.e., a subjective test).
Troublingly, this information is sometimes subject to disclosure under an enhanced criminal records check.

FREE SPEECH is dying in Europe as it is more communist than the US.
If the obama puppet kamala steals the election in November 2024 we too will have hundreds of walk in snitching centers or an 800 number – where family members can snitch on each other.
If you visit Scotland don’t make a comment like, “I see trans that are obvious queers in drag.”
You will be detained/accused and possibly arrested for a “hate crime”.
Even if you don’t comment on trans and queers you still could be accused by anyone.
