Who needs votes when a Ballot can be counted unverified as if it was a verified vote?

The same thing happens when you know the details of how ballots are different than votes, and how the ballots are manipulated.
U.S. elections are no longer about “votes,” modern elections in America are about “ballots”. As we have seen in several election cycles, the election winner is not the person who gets the most votes – the election winner is the person who collects, submits and ultimately counts the most ballots. The same is true for the presidential electoral victory; it’s the person who gets the most ballots, not votes.
So, let us start by asking the right question: What is a representative from South Carolina doing in Wisconsin visiting ten key ballot counting precincts in three key cities, Madison, Milwaukee and Beloit? Anyone? Anyone? The story gets even more interesting when you see what text messages about “ballot ordering“ followed James Clyburn’s visit.
You, me and likely millions of deep political researchers know exactly what James Clyburn is doing. But ask yourself why this is so out in the open and not confronted. You know exactly who James Clyburn is and what his function consists of within the Democrat party election process, but how do we get everyone else to see it?
At the end of the ballot harvesting operation in the key state counties for Democrats, there are precinct workers who are then tasked with counting those ballots. The number of ballots needed to change the outcome of the election, is essentially the determining factor in how many ballots are scanned by the precinct workers in the key districts.
Most of the regional precinct workers in the key counties that change the elections, are affiliated with and originate from the African Methodist Episcopal church. This is who James Clyburn was visiting and organizing. In person coordination eliminates the need for a paper trail.
The African Methodist Episcopal (AME) church, has precinct level ballot counting election operations (poll workers) in the key counties [Fulton (GA), Wayne (Mich), Philadelphia and Pittsburgh (PA), Clark (NV), Maricopa (AZ), Dane (WI), etc.] The ballot counting doesn’t need to happen all over the state, just at the key urban county level.
The DNC operation (Obama/BLM network) concentrates heavily on the ballot harvesting. However, when they turn those ballots over to the county level precinct workers, that’s where the AME church network and South Carolina Representative James Clyburn come into play. {GO DEEP}
The DNC no longer focuses on controlling the Secretary of State or Attorney General approach. With the George Soros machine running the District Attorney level angle the democrats only need to concern themselves with the precinct level poll worker support. Clyburn’s AME network is protected by the willfully blind George Soros DA’s. It’s a one-hand washing the other-hand proposition.

Clyburn knows his poll worker network can essentially run the ballot counting operation without fear or concern because George Soros has put the District Attorney’s in their pocket. And, with the media cooperating, if anyone raises an objection or notices something sketchy, the ballot gathering group have the RACE CARD to immediately play.
If another 20 million actual American people vote for Donald J Trump the system has an offset. The millions of illegal aliens who have entered the country are generating millions of additional ballots that might be needed.
The illegal aliens don’t need to vote, they just need to generate ballots by registering their physical presence in the correct state or county as needed. The ballot collection and ballot counting groups will do the rest.
This is the challenge to overcome in the 7 to 11 counties where the 2024 operation will be executed. The ballot fraud operation is not a massive conspiracy or large-scale enterprise, it is less than a dozen counties strategically located in key states.
In 2020 and again in 2024, Joe Biden has made several trips to the Mother Emanuel AME Church in South Carolina where he is introduced to the AME precinct captains, ballot stuffers, electioneering tabulators and vote counters.
Immediately after James Clyburn visited Wisconsin last weekend the following text messages were sent to residents.
The timing here is not coincidental.
The difference between ballots and votes. It appears in some states this is the ‘new normal.’
Where votes were the focus, the Biden administration suffered losses. Where ballots were the focus, the Biden administration won.
The two states most reflective of ‘ballots’ being more important than ‘votes’ are Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Democrates are not campaigning for votes, that is old school.
Instead, the machinery behind candidates focuses on the modern path. The Democrat machines in states focused on ballot collection and ignored the irrelevant votes as cast.
Since the advent of ballot centric focus through mail-in and collection drop-off processes, votes have become increasingly less valuable amid the organizers who wish to control election outcomes.
As a direct and specific result, ballot collection has become the key to Democrat party success.
The effort to attain votes for candidates is less important than the strategy of collecting ballots.
It should be emphasized; these are two distinctly different election systems.
The system of ballot distribution and collection is far more susceptible to control than the traditional system of votes cast at precincts.
A vote cannot be cast by a person who is no longer alive, or no longer lives in the area.
However, a ballot can be sent, completed and returned regardless of the status of the initially attributed and/or registered individual.
(This is where the illegal aliens come in. Most will not vote but there identity information will be used to cast ballots!)
While ballots and votes originate in two totally different processes, the end result of both “ballots” and “votes,” weighing on the presented election outcome, is identical.
While initially the ballot form of election control was tested in Deep Blue states, through the process of mail-in returns under the guise and justification of “expanding democracy,” a useful tool for those who are vested in the distinction, I think we are now starting to see what happens on a national level when the process is expanded.
The controversial 2020 election showed the result of making ‘ballots’ the strategy for electoral success. Under the justification of COVID-19 mitigation, mail-in ballots took center stage. Ballot harvesting by Democrat operations was one term for the outcome.
Democrat party officials and political activist groups knew how to exploit the opportunities within the new system of ballot distribution and collection, and when you combine that with a massive legal pressure campaign to accept any and all forms of ballots, well, you can see how they are dependent.
Now that ballot collection has been shown to be a much more effective way to maintain political power, Democrats in a general sense are less focused on winning votes and more focused on gathering ballots.
When ‘ballot organization’ becomes more important than ‘vote winning,’ you modify your electoral campaign approaches accordingly. It might sound simplistic, but inside the distinct difference between ballots and votes you will find why refusing debates is a successful strategy.
If you are trying to win votes you could never fathom campaign success by refusing to debate an opponent. However, if your focus is centered around ballot collection, the debate is essentially irrelevant.
It’s time for voters to start seeing the difference between elections decided by ballots and elections decided by votes.
You can vote at any scale you want. However, when ballots are more important than votes – the election will always favor the former.
If Democrats had to win individual ‘votes’ to gain election success, they would be at a disadvantage.
As long as Democrats only need to gather ‘ballots’, they have a path to winning elections.
The processes of electioneering are all modified accordingly.
Campaigning, advertising, promoting, debating, hand-shaking, crowd attendance and venues for rallies, along with physically meeting people and convincing them of your worth, are only important if you are trying to win votes.
Fortunately for Democrats, modern electioneering via ballot collection does not require these arcane efforts.
So, in the larger picture of what you now see in elections, Democrats have stopped wasting time doing them.
Republicans are running around trying to convince people and win votes.
Meanwhile, who needs voters? Democrats have skipped all of that old fashioned stuff and modified all of their electioneering systems to quietly and efficiently collect ballots.
Haven’t you noticed?
It really is that simple.

I know thats note entirely true. Registered Poll voters all over the US are NOT updated often and when they are they are often NOT update correctly.
So dead people do cast votes in various areas.
Also when people move the voter rolls are often not updated or updated correctly hence voter FRAUD happens when votes are counted for people who NO longer live in the same voting area.
Think GEORGIA 2020, 2022 and in 2024.
Not just Georgia but most other states also. Some just as bad, some other states to a lessor extent.

Ballots are not verified votes but they are counted as verified votes.
This is where ballot stuffing comes in.
Anyone can make up ballots and stuff them in a ballot drop box.
In democrate controlled states where the fix is in, there is NO limit to the number of FAKE ballots that will be counted as real votes.
All the corrupt poll workers need to do is wait until a point when the actual voting numbers is known for Donald Trump, maybe in the late hours of the night, and then start counting all the FAKE ballots cast to outnumber the real verified votes cast for President Trump in these corrupt political democrate states.
When NO actual voter is involved casting a real vote the “ballot” count is manipulated to outnumber the real votes for ZPresident Trump.
Ballots cast with No verification are used to steal elections by the democrates.
They did it in 2020. Also midterm 2022.
They will do it again in 2024 in democrate controlled areas where non verified ballots are counted as real votes.
This will be very hard to stop because:
In democrate controlled states the apple is rotten to the core.
The judicial systems are corrupt.
The legislatures are corrupt.
Individual county voting is corrupt.
In these states the whole apple is rotten to the core.
No lawsuits will prevail.
No protests of the fake ballots will prevail.
The fix is in and many people are involved in election corruption in these states.
If these people are exposed it will not matter.
Would republican ballot stuffing work in the democrate controlled states?
I don’t think so because no matter how many “ballots” were generated out of thin air for President Trump they woould NEVER be counted by the corrupt democrate controlled poll workers.
It would seem to be an automatic win in corrupt democrate controlled ballot box stuffing key states.
My solution is:
If it is possible to challenge the electorial voting in democrate controlled states this would be a solution.
But…..But as far as I know the same rules of the us house of reps that applied in 2021 still will apply in 2024.
This means another crisis must occur when the electorial votes are counted to stop any objections to electorial votes on Jan 6, 2024
I suspect something MUST happen to allow this election FRAUD to happen again on Jan 6, 2024.
Something will happen to keep the electorial votes from being challenged on Jan 6, 2024.
It doesn’t have to come from outside the joint session of congress.
It could come within the joint session of congress on Jan 6, 2024.
Just think of all the possibilities!
Just one incident by one person or something else could allow the us house of reps to be evacuated again.
Adjured before any objections to the electorial votes can be heard in a joint sesson.
The next time a joint session meets, No objections can be made.
Only counting the all the electorial votes, including the corrupt electorial votes from democrate states.
Then we get another dictator installed like in 2021.
